Marcook cuoco da sempre
Nato nel 1967 e formatomi nella bottega di famiglia negli anni 70-80, da sempre a stretto contatto con il cibo e le bevande, con un recente passato da ristoratore, ho affinato le mie doti con studi approfonditi nel settore merceologico dei vini e delle bevande ( sommellier Ais dal 1999), dei formaggi ( maestro assaggiatore Onaf dal 2001) e dei salumi (esperto assaggiatore -2002 Onas); collaboro con ristoratori e associazioni del territorio (Associazione Norcini Bergamaschi) e con aziende private (cuoco per la Miele elettrodomestici ) e sono docente in serate tematiche.
